Best Short Story: “Ticket to Ride,” by Dru Ann Love and Kristopher Zgorski (in HAPPINESS IS A WARM GUN, edited by Josh Pachter: Down & Out)
Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient: Anthony Horowitz
David Thompson Special Service Award Recipient: Crime Writers of Color
