Best First Novel: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID, by K.T. Nguyen (Dutton)
Best Short Story: “The Postman Always Flirts Twice,” by Barb Goffman (in AGATHA AND DERRINGER GET COZY, edited by Gay Toltl Kinman & Andrew McAlear; Down & Out Books)
Best Non-fiction: WRITING THE COZY MYSTERY, edited by Phyllis M. Bet (McFaland)
Best Children’s /YA Mystery: SASQUATCH OF HARRIMAN LAKE, by K.B. Jackson (Alladin)
Lifetime Achievement Recipient: Donna Andrews
Poirot Award Recipient: Lucy Worsley (not attending), the television presenter of Agatha Chiristie: Lucy Worsley on the Mysery Queen on BBC Two
The winners were announced on Saturday, April 26 at the Malice Banquet held in Bethesda, Maryland.
