The Crime Writers’ Assoication of Britain (CWA) has announced the longlist for its 2011 Dagger in the Libray as follows:

The Dagger in the Libray is awarded to an author for a body of work, rather than a single title, and longlisted authors are nominated by UK libraries and Reader’ Groups and judged by a panel of librarians. The shortlist will be announced at Crimefest on May 20, and the winner will be announced during the Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival, on July 22 in Harrogate.
